Come On, You Knew Someone Had to Do It

By Twistie

With the royal wedding happening in just a few more days, the appetite for tie-ins and trinkets has reached fever pitch. But if you get it quickly and get right to work (and don’t eat, sleep, or do silly things like show up to your job), you can one-up everyone on your block by watching Prince William and Kate Middleton tie the knot surrounded by their wedding party, including them!

All you need to do is head over to Amazon and order a copy of Knit Your Own Royal Wedding by Fiona Goble. Why not? It’s just $12.14 (reduced from $17.99), eligible for Super Saver Shipping, and a chance to knit yourself an entire herd of tiny corgis.

Come on, you know you want to.

OK, I admit I would love to knit QE II along with a pack of corgis. And really, who *doesn’t* need a wee knitted Archbishop of Canterbury?

  2. Twistie Says:

I *know*! I definitely need a wee knitted Archbishop of Canterbury! And a herd of knitted corgis.

  3. Jane H in WI Says:

I just sent this to a knitter friend of mine, saying that if she really loved me she’d drop everything and make this for me in the next 2 weeks. Somehow I don’t think it will happen. I could also pass the Archbishop on to my friend Susan who will be ordained the week after the wedding. What a perfect gift!
